One niche only: EIFS and synthetic stucco moisture on the Cape Fear coast. Licensed, insured, and we quote both paths.
Repair and full remediation, every time. You see both numbers.
Probe data sets the scope - not a salesman, not the finish.
Send your report; we tell you what it actually requires.
We do one thing. EIFS and synthetic stucco moisture. Not roofing, not additions, not general contracting. When a company does everything, EIFS gets treated like siding, and EIFS is not siding. It is a face-sealed system that hides water instead of shedding it, and reading it right takes someone who looks at these walls all week.
Synthetic stucco went up on homes across this coast between 1985 and 2005. The older systems were face-sealed with no drainage plane, so a single failed joint or a missing kickout flashing puts water against the wood sheathing behind a wall that looks flawless. The damage is invisible until it is expensive. Diagnosing that correctly, and telling a repair apart from a full re-clad, is not a side skill. It is the whole job. So it is the only job we take.
Wilmington is where this problem first surfaced in the country. New Hanover County identified thousands of affected homes in the 1990s and wrote the moisture-testing protocol that inspectors still follow. That history is our backyard. The 1985 to 2005 coastal housing stock is exactly the cohort we work on.
We are licensed and insured. We are a real company, and a new one, so we are not going to invent a founding year or a job count to impress you. What we will do is read your inspection report honestly, probe the wall ourselves, and show you the readings as we take them. The readings decide the scope, not us.
And we quote both paths. A targeted repair where the damage is contained, and a full remediation where the sheathing is gone. Some contractors only ever quote the big job. We give you both numbers because sometimes the honest answer is the smaller one, and you deserve to see it before you sign anything.
The Cape Fear coast. Wilmington, Leland, Southport, Wrightsville Beach, Ogden, Hampstead, and the surrounding New Hanover, Brunswick, and Pender communities. If your home is in the region and it has synthetic stucco, we can help you find out what is actually behind the wall.
If you are staring at a moisture inspection right now, send it over. We will tell you what it actually requires.
Upload the inspection report or photos of the readings. We tell you what it actually requires - repair or full remediation - honestly, before your closing date does.
